花了一個月功夫，找了師傅裝修，又另外找師傅裝冷氣抽氣扇等等，總算裝修並清潔好，雖然是四十年的舊樓，但是過得自己過得人，可以交給租客了 。 出租屋翻新：鏟牆、批灰、油油、鋪地板、換厕所門、換一隻房門，客廳換冷氣、櫥房換抽氣扇、換坐廁。
